
Tammy Klotz is a highly respected cybersecurity and transformational leadership executive with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. She is widely known for her ability to translate complex IT, OT, and cybersecurity concepts into clear, business-focused insights that resonate with executive leaders and non-technical audiences alike.
Throughout her career, Tammy has led large-scale, high-impact security and technology transformations across global industrial environments. Her leadership is grounded in inclusivity, collaboration, and engagement—bringing diverse stakeholders together around shared objectives and fostering cultures where every voice contributes to success. As a speaker and thought leader, she is passionate about empowering organizations through practical knowledge, meaningful dialogue, and real-world experience.
Tammy’s accomplishments include leading a $6.2M Secure Operations initiative at Covanta, significantly strengthening cybersecurity across Waste-to-Energy facilities and earning the CEO Excellence Award for successfully uniting IT and OT teams where prior efforts had failed. At Versum, she played a key role in building a secure, green-field IT environment following the spin-off from Air Products, delivering a full transformation of manufacturing networks, endpoints, and enterprise applications—including SAP S/4HANA—within 18 months. Earlier in her career at Air Products, she revitalized a stagnant support organization into a high-performing, global 24×7 operation.
Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree and maintains CISM, CISSP, and CRISC certifications. She is deeply engaged in the cybersecurity community, serving as President of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance, and is an active member of Infragard, Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), ISC2, and ISACA.
