
Brad Mathis is a seasoned cybersecurity leader and trusted advisor with deep expertise across security governance, risk management, and hands-on defensive and offensive security operations. Holding a broad range of industry-leading certifications—including CISSP, CGEIT, CRISC, GPEN, and GIAC Critical Controls—Brad brings a rare blend of strategic leadership and technical execution to every engagement.
Brad’s experience spans information security governance, SIEM operations, vulnerability management, penetration testing, security awareness, and vCISO services, helping organizations build mature, resilient security programs aligned to business objectives. His background enables him to translate complex security challenges into actionable strategies that improve risk posture without slowing operations.
A committed contributor to the cybersecurity community, Brad is an FBI InfraGard member and former Board of Directors member for Indiana FBI InfraGard, and has participated in financial sector security initiatives including the FBI CCTF / Indiana Financial Computer Security Initiative. He has also served on advisory committees for academic institutions and industry organizations, supporting the development of future cybersecurity talent.
Beyond cybersecurity, Brad is active in community leadership, serving as a Trustee and Treasurer for the Newburgh Chandler Public Library System and as Past President of the Rotary Club of Warrick County—reflecting his belief that strong security and strong communities go hand in hand.
