Bonnie Stith

Bonnie Stith retired from the position of Director of the Center for Cyber Intelligence in the Central Intelligence Agency.  During her career with the CIA, she led large, diverse workforces to accomplish complex intelligence missions. Outside of government, Bonnie engages with groups promoting cyber security as a career path for high school and college students, as well as those amplifying opportunities for women in cyber.

Bonnie is an ICF-Credentialed Professional Coach and experienced public speaker on topics ranging from cyber threat and assessment to leadership styles and values.  In her consulting work, Bonnie helps leaders and organizations to create success by developing strategic plans that align leadership and culture to mission, vision and values to real outcomes.  As an Executive Coach, she helps leaders define, understand, and achieve desired success both professionally and organizationally.

She is a board member for several organizations in both the cybersecurity and healthcare industries.
